To be eligible to apply for one of our graduate opportunities you will need to be expecting or have obtained a 2:1 degree or higher by September 2015. In exceptional circumstances, we may consider strong candidates who have a 2:2 degree class. Our Selection process
We want to ensure that you match our requirements as much as we meet yours. Our selection process is vital to us hiring the right person for our graduate opportunities and so we have created our process around this:
Submitting an Application
You will need to search and apply for our available graduate opportunities for our 2015 programmes here, use this link to start your search. Before submitting your application, make sure that you are happy with it, ensuring that you have spell checked your cover letter and CV.
Please note that we will only accept one application per applicant for our graduate programmes. This is to make sure that you really are passionate about the specific opportunity that you applied for.
Once we have reviewed your application and it’s clear that your strengths match ours, you will then be invited to complete either a Video or Telephone Interview. If you are asked to complete a video interview, we will send you the link and provide all the necessary support for you to do this. For applicants who are selected to complete a telephone interview, one of our Early Careers Team will be in contact with you to arrange a suitable time.
If you are selected to join us at one of our Discovery Days, you will be contacted by one of the Early Careers Team who will schedule you to attend on one of the available dates.
More details on how to prepare for our Discovery Days will be sent to you in advance of the date you have been scheduled to attend.
Dress code for the Discovery Days will be business dress.

After you have attended one of Discovery Day’s a member of our Early Careers Team will be in contact with you to make you an offer to be part of our graduate programme for 2015. We will then start our security checks before we provide you with a confirmed start date.

New Graduate - Training and Development
As a new graduate, you will start on a bespoke 2 year placement scheme within one of our Divisions, with real responsibility from the outset.
We will provide a support structure to help plan your QinetiQ journey, based on your personal strengths and aspirations, plus the range of projects we’re working on.
