Bill has more than 20 years of legal experience with large organizations such as IBM, Acuity International, and NISC Holdings. He has served as General Counsel, corporate lawyer, and advisor to executives, boards, and management, and has deep experience in government contracts. Prior to his Legal career, Bill served as an officer in the U.S. Air Force Reserve for more than two decades.
